Sprayground, an iconic bag brand and a division of The Moret Group located in garment district of NYC is looking for an energetic and meticulous candidate to assist our sales team coordinate and process customer orders.
Description:
- Work closely with Sales Ops to handle all tasks needed and ensure sell-in targets are achieved
- Enter & process customer orders using proprietary ERP system
- Provide pre- & post-delivery customer service
- Assist sales team with online product catalogue. Experience with Brandboom or NuORDER a plus.
- Assist sales team with customer on-boarding
- Assist ecommerce team with product setup. Experience with Shopify a plus.
- Troubleshoot and find solutions to various issues
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- An understanding of sales reports
- Must be a team player
- Must have proper customer service etiquette
- Excellent computer skills in Excel and Outlook required
- Strong Communication and follow up skills
- Energetic, eager to learn, pleasant and articulate
- Extremely detail oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
